Orders under $150 and all check-in size suitcases will be charged a flat rate of $12.50. Or you aren’t happy for any other reason, then just send it back to us and we will happily swap it for something else, or give you store credit. Just make sure it complies with our conditions for returns and exchanges, especially that the item is in brand new condition with all tags attached.
