We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within two working days. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.

Customers must provide Elephant Stripes with complete and accurate details when making purchases. Elephant Stripes is not liable for delivery errors if we are given an incorrect address or if the customer is not home to accept the delivery.

Most deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery and so if you or the recipient of your gift are not at home, a card to call will be left at the address, and the parcel will be redirected to your local post office. Alternatively you may advise us that the delivery can be left at the door, but this is at your own risk.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

Elephant Stripes offers FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand on orders over $150.

All deliveries within New Zealand 1-3 Business days ( you may experience delays currently)

All deliveries are shipped from Hamilton New Zealand via NZ Couriers.

International Shipping

For orders outside of New Zealand we charge a rate of AUD $20 for all orders with accessories only (including folding bags & turkish towels), or AUD $40 for all packs. International orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Please note: Due to Covid 19 there are delays on international shipping taking 2-3 weeks sometimes longer.

We have the right to revise shipping costs for bulky or heavy items and orders.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Belarus, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Macedonia, Nigeria, Philippines, Romania, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Yugoslavia.

Customs and duties

Please note that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may delay delivery.

If you do not pay additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and we will refund you the cost of your order minus any shipping charges incurred by us from the shipping company.
